This is no slouchy rosé. This is a rosé with attitude. The TeSóAria 2011 Bella Rosa rosé has a defined structure with toasty fruit and tobacco, a direct result of artisan winemaker John Olson's choice to age this wine for 2-months in new French oak. Don't limit this rosé for drinking only during the summer ... this bad boy holds up well year 'round and pairs deliciously with everything from salmon to salami.

very light bodied, good fuitiness but could be stronger, flavor disappears rapidly.

Reasonably dry with refreshing fruit (plum, blackberry, cherry) forward flavor.

Very berry (blackberry, raspberry), but dry. BEAUTIFUL ruby color.

Yummy aroma, can see myself enjoying this on a hot summer night on the patio with friends. Have trouble thinking of food pairings.

Tastes like a cherry flavored sour patch kid. Smells like farms!

Smells like earth, tastes like a sour nonsweet candy. Does that make sense? The color is unreal. Unlike any other rosé I've ever met before.

Actually, upon further sipping, this wine has grown in me: reminds me of my grandad's farm. And the weirdness upon its initial mouth-contact settles into a comforting tangy fruit popscicle experience.

This one was a shocker at first, a bit sour and tart. Then, as I continued to sip, the wine started to grow on me. I would purchase for a nice warm evening or picnic wine.
