You must be 21 years of age or older to order from Indie Vinos or receive alcoholic beverages from any of the wineries for which Indie Vinos facilitates the sale to you. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased through Indie Vinos are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We do not require a minimum purchase. However, our winery members may require a minimum purchase.
The Indie Vinos winery members, due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to your state. If one of our winery members is unable to ship directly to your state, the winery member may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of their products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Indie Vinos.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided at current UPS market rates. *Note – If you selects expedited shipping as your option, you pay all shipping charges, regardless of purchase amount or other available discounts.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot, humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Neither Indie Vinos nor the winery from which you purchase is responsible for, nor will either Indie Vinos or the winery from which you purchase replace damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
