Indie Vinos handles all customer service inquiries on behalf of our winery members. If you have any questions about a purchase, please email us at orders@indievinos.com.
Returns/Replacements: Our policy is to replace any bottle of wine that is corked or flawed. If you believe a wine you have received is corked or flawed, please contact us at orders@indievinos.com, and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you at no additional charge.
We are unable to accept returned wine you ordered in error, wine you determined you simply didn't like or wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.
Order Cancellations: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@indievinos.com. Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Orders Returned Undeliverable: Orders that are returned as undeliverable will be refunded the full amount of the purchase less ship-to charges originally paid to Indie Vinos PLUS the actual cost incurred by Indie Vinos for the returned shipment. To avoid undeliverable orders, Indie Vinos strongly advises shipping to a business address.
